Women’s Soccer Earns National Soccer Coaches Association Team Academic Award
For the third-straight year, the Belmont Abbey women’s soccer team was one of 590 programs across all levels of collegiate women’s soccer to earn the National Soccer Coaches Association Team Academic Award for the 2014-2015 academic year.
The Crusaders posted a team GPA of 3.26 for the 2014-15 academic year, which is up from 3.09 in 2013-14.
Of the 2,975 total soccer programs in the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA, the women’s soccer program was one of only 11 to have won a team academic award, a conference championship and a NSCAA team ethics award.
