Thank you for 2017-2018
Employees gathered today, April 30, to reflect back on another great academic year and for recognition on their great accomplishments. Dr. Bill Thierfelder and Abbot Placid graciously thanked all employees for their contributions and recognized employees attaining milestones or retiring. Recognition ranged from five year anniversaries all the way up to 35 years. Notable retirees attending were Dr. Eugene Thout, Dr. Bob Lover and Dr. Melinda Ratchford.
Abbot Placid also announced this year’s recipient of the Spirit of St. Benedict Award, Dean of Students Tom MacAlester. Our food service provider Chartwells gave those gathered a wonderful luncheon of salad, rice, chicken, crab cakes and dessert.
