Recently, two faculty members from our Business Department, Bennett Quillen and Brad Frazier, PhD, published a new textbook, “Management: A Practical Guide.” This book is not just intended for the current business student, but for anyone who finds themselves in a Management role. Frazier and Quillen, along with their co-author Keith Rickman, have over 100 years of management experience. Together, they have created a guide to help individuals navigate managerial roles. It doesn’t labor on with theoretical discussion, but cuts straight to the point, providing the information a person needs to be the most effective manager.
