Our students enjoy the charm of the local shops on Main Street including Tastebuds Popcorn Shop with over 150 flavors of popcorn, Hip Chicks boutique, and many antique and consignment shops. As a bedroom community of Charlotte, many restaurants have sprouted to call Downtown Belmont their home. To name a few but not all – Johnny B’s Pizza, The String Bean offers organic and locally grown goods, Glenway Pub is a traditional American Fare restaurant, Oldstone Steakhouse is known for their great steaks and al fresca dining on Main Street.
