Attend Belmont Abbey College’s Virtual Abbey Experience and see firsthand the place where you can learn, seek, and thrive. Abbey Experience is designed for you and your family.
Abbey Experience is a wonderful opportunity to find out what we have to offer. You will have the opportunity to virtually meet with faculty, staff, and current students. Some of the day’s virtual events include meeting academic department heads, learning about student life, Mass, and a virtual tour of the campus and residence halls.
This particular Abbey Experience also gives a special opportunity for Juniors to drop in a zoom meeting and find out about our competitive scholarships with our premiere scholarship directors.

VIRTUALLY ATTEND MASS IN OUR HISTORIC BASILICA
The basilica was built in neo-Gothic style in 1892, and was completely renovated in 1965 in a most striking manner. The church, which contains prize-winning painted glass windows and a unique baptismal font, is listed on The National Register of Historic Places. In 1998, the church was named a minor Basilica by the Vatican.

“I came to the Abbey for many reasons. But the real question is why do I stay? Because of the people. The people of Belmont Abbey College are one of a kind, and the friendships I’ve made here surpass all of my expectations!”

“After arriving and becoming a part of the community, I fell in love and couldn’t imagine leaving. The spirit of the community, the classes, the people, and campus itself became my home away from home. My college experience continues to encourage me and push to grow and flourish academically and spiritually in ways that cannot be found anywhere else.”
Sarah Bathon, 2016
Elementary Education Major

“I wanted to be part of a school in which I could share the same beliefs with others. The faith basis on this campus lays the ground work for faith and cultural diversity. I feel completely welcome here. I am encouraged to grow in mind, body, and spirit.”
