Chemistry is enormously practical in fields such as biology or physics, and the knowledge of chemical properties and relations is valuable in any career field.

  • Becoming proficient in chemistry. Our chemistry program is edifying and highly rigorous. Students graduating from Belmont Abbey College with a minor in chemistry will be well-prepared to pursue careers in the sciences.

With a minor in Chemistry from Belmont Abbey College, you will be able to pursue a variety of career areas such as:

A Chemistry Minor prepares students for: a range of opportunities such as: medical, law, dental, and graduate school, chemistry research and teaching, and pharmaceutical research and development.

  • CH 317 Analytical Chemistry

NOTE: Students must earn a grade of “C” or better in each course taken for the minor.

It is the student’s responsibility to see that all degree requirements for graduation are fulfilled.
