Our mission is to form young Catholics as men and women of integrity, charity, and prayer; and to empower them to be Christlike leaders at Belmont Abbey College and beyond.
The Fr. Felix Hintemeyer Catholic Leadership Program is built upon the conviction that leadership is primarily about who a person is and only secondarily about what a person does. In your four years as a Hintemeyer Scholar you will have the opportunity to grow as a man or woman of prayer and character. From the depth of your interior life you will then be challenged and empowered to serve as a Christlike leader on campus and in your life beyond college.

Insights from Hintemeyer students
“Spirit of Light, imprint upon their minds, in characters that can never be erased, this truth: That their apostolate will be successful only in the measure that they themselves live that supernatural inner life of which Thou art the sovereign Principle and Jesus Christ the Source.”
-The Soul of the Apostolate
